La Sobremesa — First Private Dinner
La Sobremesa — First Private Dinner

Something different.
No demos. No presentations. No agenda.
Just a barbecue at my place, great food, and honest conversation with a handful of builders.
I’m inviting 5–10 people from our community to a private dinner — Mediterranean style. Think long table, grilled meat, good wine, and the kind of conversations that only happen when you’re not watching the clock or waiting for the next demo.
We’ll eat, we’ll talk about what we’re building, what’s exciting us, what’s keeping us up at night, and we’ll actually get to know each other beyond the “so what do you do” of a networking event.
This is the opposite of our monthly meetups (which I love, by the way). This is slow. This is intimate. This is La sobremesa, that sacred Spanish tradition of lingering at the table long after the food is gone, where the best conversations happen.
What to expect
🔥 A proper barbecue: I’m cooking, and I’m covering everything. You just show up.
That said, if you want to bring a dish, a drink, or a specialty from wherever you’re from — you’re more than welcome. We’re a community of people from all over the world, and sharing something from home is the most sobremesa thing you can do.
🍷 The evening starts at 8 PM on March 27 and ends when it ends. No rush.
🗣️ Conversations, not presentations. Share what you’re working on, ask for help, give advice, or just enjoy the company.
🤝 A small group, hand-picked to make sure the energy is right.
Who is this for?
You’re actively building something with AI — a product, a tool, a project, a company. You’re part of our community (or want to be). You’re the kind of person who’d rather have a 4-hour dinner conversation than a 2-minute elevator pitch.
How it works
Spots are very limited (5–10 people). Apply via RSVP above. I’ll personally review every application and confirm attendees. If you’re selected, I’ll share the exact location and any details you need.
This is the first La Sobremesa. If the vibes are right, there’ll be more.
